Order Assistance

When contacting us about an existing order, please include:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Email address used at checkout

• A brief description of the issue

For damaged or incorrect orders, please also include clear photographs of the shipping box, packaging materials, shipping label, and affected products.

Important Shipping Notice

Alcohol shipments require an adult signature from a recipient who is at least 21 years old. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required at delivery. Packages containing alcohol cannot be left unattended.
